The SERAD's Website was set up in 2009.
We (Serad) beleive that this website would have a positive impact on the educational achievements of young Children ESPECIALLY THE SOMALI AND ETHNIC MINORITIES CHILDREN..
The problems that children faces in this country are immense and there is great need and support for our youngsters in schools, colleges and universities.
This can be done by liaison and networking amongst service providers.
